This statement was on my first page of spark coach. I have let my strength training go by the wayside since March 16th when my gym in FL. Closed due to the pandemic! I have walked everyday since then except for 2 or 3 days. As the article in spark says, when walking is not enough!
I have to make a plan. As my old Tops group said if you fail to plan, you plan to fail! Oh! That's right! They say that right here on spark! So, stay tuned! I will work on it!
