It's been two years since the last time I blogged. But with all that 'excitement' that is occurring on a daily basis for all of us, one of the things I want to touch upon is consistency. For me, it is the solid line that keeps me going. Every single day, I track all my food, even the slip-ups, I get 15 minutes of walking, and I get a good chunk of ME time. My weight loss continues to move very slowly, but it also continues to go in the right direction. And I know that keeping steady with the above-mentioned routines is what is making the all the difference.
