Let me share you this with you:

I feel really proud for having exercised regularly this month, despite vacation and eventual laziness.

The plan for August is keeping up what I've implemented in the past week (a nutritious meal plan and a consistent exercise schedule to follow, respecting how my body feels each day).

I'd also like to maintain my login streak (I'm already at day 5) :)
