83 workouts down and 17 to go

I have worked out every day for over 83 days straight. It feels amazing. Every day 5 is a stretch, yoga day. I am really proud of myself for this commitment.
The down side is that I really have not lost the weight that I was hoping to lose. I plan to tweak my diet again this week and see if it helps.
I am definitely a work in progress.
