    What's missing? Breakfast with the Rice Chex maybe a banana or some berries

    Lunch how about a nice green salad with lots of veggies or a bowl of soup either could replace the sandwich or rigatoni.

    Dinner again where are the fruits and veggies?

    Sounds like way too many carbs just saying.
