Moving Right Along!

In some ways it's really hard coming back to trying to lose weight and setting such a slow goal for myself as 1lb a week - but you know, with as much stress as we're all enduring right now under the COVID Stay at Home conditions, I really wanted to set small, realistic, sustainable, goals that I could work on and not feel overly restricted. And today I saw that success again! Down another 1.4lb this week, for a total loss of 5lbs since I started logging back in here. I'm at just over 30 days streaking and I'm feeling really great about my work toward my goals.
It doesn't matter if my progress is slow, I'm making changes and committing to taking care of myself for the long run!
