3. 5 tummy tucks / seat tucks 5 times a day. S.* M.* T*W*Th* F*S*
A good week of meeting my goals! I even lost a little weight. Here’s to a new week and new goals added.

3. Small bike. 10 min. Legs am/pm. S* change to 5 min.

Not a big change but I was finding Way to many sore spots..
