Week 1 Day 2! For C25k

So yesterday July 1st was a rest day. Because im just fetting back into things, I didnt want to push myself too hard as in the past, when i go too hard too fast... I also gave up very quickly!
So yesterday I decided I would just walk the dog with family and give myself some rest.
Today though.... was day 2 of my couch 2 5k program. Which went well. Came back and did a 10 min stretch cooldown. And actually found a youtube channel for fitness that I might check out on Another day.
💪🏻 Consistency and Persistency will give me results..... .... right? 😅
