Exercise Motivation When I need it most

Motivation for the now:
1. put on workout clothes
2. listen to upbeat music
3. just start, no matter how I feel, 5 to 10 minutes is better than none. I can always choose to keep going.
For the future:
1. schedule my workout
2. set up a reward system
3. track fitness minutes
I choose to use option three for the now and one for the future. Morning walks every day, aim for 30-45 minutes, complete at least 10 as long as I am healthy.
