Guys, I'm back and awake again. Anyone want to help me get back on track with fitness?
I'm starting easy:
15. minutes of fitness a day for a week. I set my goal pretty low so that it is easy to meet it, and that if I have a day where I don't have energy, not in the mood, whatever excuse I come up with, I won't feel defeated and quit again, and decide I can't do this. I can always find 15 minutes somewhere - even if I just go for a little walk.
