. SparkPeople has been such an amazing supportive loving encouraging group of friends. I can share my deepest thoughts, my life struggles and my greatest joys. It’s so great being home again and also to have access to the iPad to reconnect with each of you. I was able to surprise my daughter and be home for her 36th birthday. being the adult 8 year old child that she is, she came running and crying and hugging me mother I missed you. We spent the day with my parents catching them up on our week and being at the pond is always my mental getaway. We drove them to the wedding and were the only ones wearing a mask, one barn had 60 tables set up with food lines and the other barn had huge fans blowing in and my dad said we are not staying. My mom was able to see the groom (their great grandson) and we left. Knowing what covid did to don my parents are not taking unnecessary chances.

Wonderful to be home, also good not to take any chances with your health or your parents :)

Glad the wedding was a success. You and your parents were wise to go and not linger. Time exposed is a big factor in whether you get sick of not. Your family has been through enough without adding more sickness to the mix.

What a sweet homecoming! Smart way to attend the wedding. I heard on the news this morning that CA now leads the country in number of cases. Have a good day.

I am glad you could be there for your daughter's birthday. I m also glad you opted for being safe and leaving the crowded wedding. I am happy you are back home. I missed you. emoticon
