Getting Back On Track

I feel kind of behind the times. I slacked off the food plan, been eating a few things I haven't had for a while like cookies. What is wrong? I need to get back on track before all the weight I lost, even if it wasn't much, returns.
Haven't been feeling too great either. No, not because of the extra food. Mostly because when I walk around the block my knee hurts. When I sit more than a half hour, it's very hard to get up.
Between the spinal stenosis, arthritis in my hands, shoulders and all over makes me feel so sad. Eating more will make me feel worse, that's guaranteed. Sooooo.....back on the food pan I go...
