As part of my 5%Summer Challenge I am to write a list of ten reasons to lose or maintain. Here is my list.
1. To feel better about myself
2. To ease the burden on my joints
3. For a sense of satisfaction
4. To establish better eating habits
5. To avoid high blood pressure
6. To avoid high cholesterol
7. To make walking easier for me to do
8. To look good in my clothes or be able to fit into smaller sizes
9. To be an inspiration to others
10. To see my Spark ticker bar heading towards the lower numbers/goal weight
