I am posting this blog to say i lost 2 pounds this week. Whatever im doing. Its working. My walks and weight watchers and portions and watching carbs. 2 pounds isn’t much but it’s something. I won’t give up. Keep you posted. Bloodsugar this morning: 5.4/97.3 June start Weight: 156 June Goal Weight: 150 Ultimate Goal Weight:140 June 1 : 156 June 7:156 June 14: 153.4 (down 2.6 pounds) June 21: June 28 June 30: Taking a break from my walk today. But back at it tomorrow and coming up week. Keep you posted.
