Well ill make a better blog tomorrow. But its a month till my birthday and im not getting any younger so i want to lose the weight. I am at 156 right now or what scale said last week. I want to get down to 140. Thats 16 pounds. I have been really trying to keep up with my walks and doing good. Not letting the heat scare me lol. Dressing apropiatly and drinking my water and wearing sunscreen. I got this. Now i do have a treadmill and bike. So i dont have any exuses to exercise right? I am keeping control of my bloodsugars and watching my carbs and watching what i eat. And taking my insulin and meds and cholesterol med. I have to get bloodwork done soon. So i need to have good results or close to it. I know i take my meds and insulin but i know loosing weight will help with so much. You know? I am doing weight watchers. I use my calculator and figure out my points from the food i log and figure out from that how many points i have left for dinner you know? It’s been working for me. I could try harder. And this new week coming up i am going to. Keep you posted. Hugs you guys.
