Small steps, big results

. My daughters special Olympics training begins with two minutes of jumping jacks, two minutes of sit ups, two minutes of squats, and she does my mile morning walk with me. She’s doing good with the veggies and fruits, and another challenge for her is drinking the water. We all start somewhere! My walk was my getaway but I can sacrifice for her. For arms I have a small ball and I have her throw it up, catch it and keep repeating it to count how many she can do without dropping the ball. And throwing the frisbee as far as she can. This is our 6 week plan to do every day until the games begin.
