April and May’s Goals went well.
My Fitbit says I am now averaging 14k+ a day, which is better than the 12K I was planning for.
I have a 90 day Streak for logging Food,
and 82 day streak for Exercising at least 10+ minutes a day.
I also increased my Cardio intensity in May, and the program is getting easier as each day goes by.
Some of the good news is … I eliminated most of the flour from my diet and have seen nearly immediate results around my middle and on the scale. I never would have thought anything was worthwhile giving up good bread and pasta, but there it is.
Also the veggie garden is planted … looking forward to home-grown tomatoes and corn; peppers, cucumbers, and squash.
And some of the restrictions for COV-ID are being lifted. Things are opening up a bit.
Some of the bad news is … my grandson, Ryan moved out with his mom and dad. So we are back to just DH and I and our pets in the house. I will miss the hugs and kisses every morning and night! Not all bad, I suppose.
It IS easier to catch up on past episodes of “Outlander” that Alan & I never could watch with Ryan around
We are also able to think about what home improvements we may want to work on now, too. Today we bought a new washer and dryer.
Goals for June …
Tracking Food and Exercise daily
Eliminate Flour from my diet
Increase my daily Fitbit Goal to 13K Steps a day
Increase my Strength Training – Find a new Workout, maybe a kettlebell or stability ball routine
Home Improvement List – What’s next?
