I'm so excited!! I got in 1,000 fitness minutes for the month of May. That's two months in a row.
I have also been tracking my food and water for the past year.

    Iโ€™m glad to read that you managed to get 1,000 minutes in a month despite full time job! It is hard to do this! I got three afternoon walks in all by myself outside of the development, partially on grass and asphalt. Glad I overcame the anxiety. Iโ€™m careful though with every step as there are holes in the ground and snakes. Iโ€™m also wearing trail sneakers, and t helps. My BP is not going down yet but how - the BMI is still 36 something. I need focus on lesser sugar intake. I found a new preference - dried cherries, sigh... emoticon emoticon
