5 month streak!

5/26 marked 5 months of my exercise streak! I started out slow - due to major lower back issues and built my program back up. I focused on consistency. I “X” marked every day on my calendar. I am currently walking 4 miles at a 15.52/mile pace. It’s consists of lots of hills.
I don’t have to talk myself into it anymore, I just go out and do it.
I feel really good and am quite tone.
And, best part...my back doesn’t hurt anymore 😊
