Not exactly the healthiest, but super delicious: Baked Pierogi Casserole
I swear, I do make some very pretty plates sometimes, but this was another in the "not so pretty but tastes delicious" category.
It was quite easy to make (although I highly recommend you don't skip the "grease the pan" step, since that's mostly why it doesn't look so hot, there was a lot of sticking). If you are used to fried pierogis, you can't compare that to these as they are fairly soft. I topped them with a bit of sour cream and chives.
I would definitely make it again, although I had would add a few more bacon crumbles before going in the oven, and would definitely grease the pan! It was a hit with both myself and my husband.
