covid blogs are done for now

I willbe starting a blog here to cover diet and hopefully some exercise. in the last 8 weeks I have gained 9 lbs so now it is war.
Using diet with 1300/1600 cal daily and attempting to find an exercise I can do. Right now I am highly medicated so it will seem like nothing. I start tomorrw lifting 8 oz water bottles, 3 times daily. when I finnish lifting I get to drink the water. I may add some crystal lite for flavor.
And away I go
today's food reached 13** I forget exact numbers but were well within range. Tomorrow and the next tomorrow it will be challenge myself to lose the first 5 lbs.
