Never too late for a re-boot!

In January I pledged to lose 1/2 pound a week to be on track for May. Ummm, well, that did not happen. The pandemic did not help, of course, but I didn't do myself any favors either. I was trying to work in sessions of "Just 10 Minutes," and that was useful, as always. But to lose weight, I actually need to work much harder and longer than I was pushing myself.
Here I am now, however, ready for a start-over! I recently found my former Zumba and Pilates teacher online and I've done several Zumba, aerobics, and weightlifting classes with her over the past couple weeks. I feel stronger already!
My pledge this time is to keep bumping it up, attending the online classes when I can and getting my pulse up on my own when the classes are out of the question. I will lose 5 pounds before September 1, God willin' and the creek don't rise!
