SMART goals for BLC 43
Long term - reach 150 pounds (goal weight that I discussed with my doctor. This is at the high end of the BMI range for my height of 5’6”)
Short term - lose 6 pounds by the final weigh in of BLC 43 - July 28, 2020
Nutrition plan - whole food plant based & minimizing gluten. Eat a rainbow 5 days/week for nutrition challenge (option 4).
Exercise - strength training 2x/week, walking 15,000 steps 6x/week, morning yoga/stretching 20 mins 7x/week
Starting weight 05/06/20 - 195.4
Goal on 07/28/20 - 189.4
Option 1: Ideally, I still want to experience the Flotation Therapy Tank www.truerest.com
but not sure if it will re-open by the end of this round.
