SMART Goals for BLC 44

My goal for this round is to lose 6 pounds and measure less around the mid-section.
How to get there:
1) start the day with a fasted walk (or some other type of cardio if the weather is too bad) even if it is only 5 minutes;
2) meal planning!!!
3) get at least 6 glasses of non-caffeinated fluids in a day and build up to 8 glasses;
4) follow my Wildfit eating plan at least 90% of the time
5) spend a few minutes a day either meditating or tapping.
