Protein and Fat

Protein and Fat have been missing from my diet for a long time. For the last few years I've been maintaining a diet with a macro ration that's closer to 80-10-10 with a huge amount of carbs. I feel like I have done myself a disservice eating that way because I haven't been eating enough protein or fat for proper bodily function. The more I learn about nutrition and fueling for activity, the more I realize it's time for a change.
So this week and for many weeks to come, I'm going to increase both of these macro nutrients in my diet and just see what happens. Maybe my adult acne will disappear, maybe the skin on my arms and legs will be less bumpy (think chicken skin), and maybe my sleep will improve. Time will tell.
