Day 3 woohoo

Great day and the sun was shining! So what do you do in Wisconsin when the sun is out??? You grill out! I had 1 brat and 1 hot dog with sauerkraut and no buns. I finished the day with my carbs being 104. I want to keep my carbs at 100 or less. I am workimg on my nightly exercising I did 20 mins this morning and going for 30 mins tonight. I am almost there. 50 mims of exercise is my daily goal.
My hips and back are feeling so much better! I did wake up sore and rubbed icy hot and had my heating pad on all day. At one point my husband walked into the office andsaid it smelt like a old person... He should talk he is turning 40 this year. Lol 😆 hopefully when I move back to the office my office chair doesn't smell like icy hot! Ha!
