Hormones and dieting

are a mean combination, but I'm doing okay in the budget so far. That may change as I decided to allow myself to accommodate during this time, continuing fitness and using all whole and natural foods, of course. I don't think we don't even have processed junk in the house anymore, which is for the best. We figured that, especially these days, our money is better spent on versatile ingredients that make our bodies Long Run Happy. And we make certain we got what's needed to whip up a dessert the old-fashioned way. My middle child is turning out to be quite the willing baker, too. I'm proud of the new skill acquisition, and not just because of impending cake or biscuits.. 😄 I was wondering who was gonna carry that torch. I used to absolutely love baking, and was fairly well-known in our old circles for my ovenwork. I don't do it so much anymore, since I fell in love with herbs and spices as a means of gussying up the American predictable produce selection. I found out one can pretty much travel the world with a good spice cabinet. I can't wait to use mine in the morning!
