Returned to Sparkpeople to take advantage of all that this site has to offer with its new premium membership. :)
I'm currently 51, 189 lbs, and not very strong. I want to change all that with weight training. Covid19 has the gyms closed, so I have to do this alone. Looking into some equipment now and doing online training, body weight specifically until I get some heavier handweights. There's a great duo on Facebook called get2droot and they post H.I.I.T. videos every Saturday morning. I have to get over myself and start doing those videos at least twice a week.
