Firecrackers team on the 5% weight loss challenge

I'm so excited to be back on another 5% weight loss challenge!
More friends and more motivation to stay on track and be diligent with eating and exercise!
I'm committed to exercising daily and keeping myself busy so I don't eat too many snacks!
Another area where I have a challenge is dinner time. I tend to eat too much food. I've committed to not having seconds no matter how good it tastes!
