so here I finally am again. got very lazy over the weekend and did not spark. result, likely a gain in my near future weighin.we had 2 drive by visitors sunday. 1 was my gielfriend(who is a housemate) it was her daughter,sil and grandson. they stood on the lawn and we visited from our front porch. great way to see some familiar faces. the other driveby was my sis and bil.great shot in the arm for my 90 yr old mother, who again lives here.
our friends daughter dropped off a goodie box of groceries and staples, mied in with some flavored sparkling water and treats. I, sofar, have kept away from the treats.I loved the little bag of clementine oranges!
DD and ffamily called for our weekly chat and we were able , if not see, our grandsons having a ball making pictures for their front window to cheer people going by up.they are also in the process of adopt/rescue of a 2nd kitty. I hope all goes well with that.
I read a great article this morning on spark about taking structured steps 1or 2 a month to get where you want to be in the weightloss and good health category. It is on my Sparkpage so I am going to figure out how to keep track of it, like copying it to a place on Spark where I can easily look it up. ( anyone know how to do this? remember, I am basically techless about using the computer.)

now for another day of what can I do now to keep out of trouble?
