Quarantine Project Finish #2: Noodle's Blanket
Saturday, April 18, 2020
I don't know why, but this is one of those blankets that now matte how easy it was I never seemed to be able to sit down and finish it. I started it almost ten years ago almost ten years ago when I was still in college. (Bananas!) But I digress!
I am very pleased to say that after some serious buckling down and long hours on the couch and in the rocking chair (and even sometimes on Zoom meetings with my video turned off), I can proudly say that I have gotten a second project completed during Shelter in Place.
Noodle knows it's his, too. Prior to this one being completed, on cold nights I would wrap him up in it to keep him nice and warm. When I set it up outside for pictures, he didn't want to leave it alone and then the second I laid it down in his little area of the living room, he was glued to it. It's nice to know he appreciates it...especially since it's so large. (In the picture below it's folded into quarters and then draped over the railing.)
Approximate Size: 60 by 60", maybe larger
