Three Months in and Still Going Strong

For the first time in years, I'm making real progress and changes in my health. This year, I've committed to eating healthy, managing portions sizes and adding regular exercise to my routine. There's been a few days when I've questioned whether I can maintain my path. But there's been no better fix than a bike ride to remind how good it feels to get outside and get my heart racing. I've lost nearly 40 pounds so far and the change has been incredible. My joints don't hurt near as much. My mental health is much better. I feel like I've added years back onto my life. Here's to many more active and healthy years !!
