With the invasion of COVID19 in our lives, I went off track with my blogging. If you're reading this, I hope and pray you and your loved ones are safe and healthy.
"Is my chosen diet healthy and sane?"
A resounding 'yes!'. I count calories while applying common sense and self-love. I also make sure I exercise regularly; some days/weeks are better than others. I feel so blessed to have found Spark People 10 years ago (whew!) and, although I have had fluctuations in my weight over those 10 years, I know I can always turn to the SP community for support and understanding.
We all have to take an honest approach with ourselves and find what works best for us. More importantly, we have to take the time to figure out our 'triggers' and what could potentially become a 'field of landmines' situation.
Losing weight and staying healthy takes time, thought and energy.
