Ok Back on Track

Haven't been tracking my food and water intake for about a month or more. Ok stuck in the house and getting stress and not tracking!!! That's not a good sign. So today I starting tracking; beginning with my water in-take. Hey! you gotta start some where, baby steps its that what they say. So today I tracked over 10 8oz glasses of water today. Praying tomorrow will be just as good or better.
