Day 104: Lost Some Weight

So I may not have made a lot of progress in other areas lately, but I have lost a lot of weight lately, so that's one bit of progress that I've made. Fritzy came home Sunday night and we've mostly been watching videos, but tonight I was feeling good so I've decided to do a bit of work and some other things.

No exercise lately, but I'm considering getting back into it soon, as I'm starting to feel better, at least right now. Things may change, but right now I'm feeling okay and getting interested in getting back to working out. I'm hoping April is a good month for exercise.

I haven't felt like eating much lately, which is probably why I lost 11 pounds. I haven't been tracking my food or anything, but doing pretty well overall. I'm almost back to 25 pounds lost and at this rate might even get to 30 pounds this time. So there's not a lot to report with nutrition right now, but I am doing well with weight loss and that is some positive movement in the right direction.

Going to meditate tonight. Haven't meditated in a long time, so I could definitely use the focus and equanimity. Meditating is definitely something I want to get back into doing, and now that I'm starting to feel better, I'm hoping that it's something I will be able to do regularly again.

I read some more of my revision book. It's been pretty helpful so far. I'm planning on reading more of it today and getting closer to finishing it. I've been reading it for quite a while now so I need to wrap it up. I also read some more of Wonder Boys, which I hadn't read for a really long time, and it was interesting to note how detailed Chabon's writing is, so there was something to learn from that, as well. I'm going to try to get going more on that book, as well.

Plan on getting back to podcasts, as well. Hopefully this week.

Haven't been smoking much. Only have one pack of cigars left, which I opened tonight. So once those are gone I won't have any more for a while.

Not much for water, but hopefully will get more water in this week.

Finished writing my short story and submitted it to an online magazine, as the magazine I had wanted to send it to...well, I didn't make the word count. So, tried a different magazine. We'll see how that pans out. I want to work on my manuscript, as it's been over a week since I last worked on it. I'd also like to start thinking about a new short story or some poetry. So a lot to work on right now. I'm going to try to get as much done as I can as I don't know how many days I'll be working this week.
