Weigh-In #79

Tuesday, March 24, 2020

Decided to just keep moving forward rather than starting over. Seemed to make more sense. So here's how I've been doing lately.

Starting Weight: 296.6
Last Weigh In: 283.8
Current Weight: 272.8
Weight Lost This Week: -11 lbs
Total Weight Lost: -23.8 lbs
so almost back to a 25-lb loss again. Making up good ground. Should be back to 25 pounds pretty soon. So pretty happy with that. I know I lost most of the weight from being sick rather than from actual effort, but I'll take it.

Starting Body Water: 36.9%
Last Body Water %: 35.6%
Current Body Water %: 35.9%
Body Water Gained: +0.3%
Total Body Water Gained: -0.4%
gained quite a bit of water even though I really haven't been taking my water pills. I have been drinking quite a bit of liquids, though.

Starting Body Fat: 48.3%
Last Body Fat %: 50.1%
Current Body Fat %: 49.7%
Body Fat Lost: -0.4%
Total Body Fat Lost: +1.2%
body fat is down a lot, which is good, it means I'm losing actual fat. So I'll take that.

Starting Muscle Mass: 144.6lb
Last Muscle Mass: 133.6 lb
Current Muscle Mass: 129.6
Muscle Mass Gained: -4 lbs
Total Muscle Mass Gained: -18 lbs
muscle mass is down quite a bit, but I haven't exercised lately and lost quite a bit of weight so that makes sense.

Bone Mass
Starting Bone Mass:8.6 lb
Last Bone Mass: 8 lb
Current Bone Mass 7.4 lb
Bone Mass Gained -0.6 lb
Total Bone Mass Gained -1.2 lb
lost quite a bit of bone mass, but can't help that

Visceral Fat
Starting VF 13
Last VF 15
Current VF 14
VF Lost -1
Total VF Lost +1
lost some visceral fat, so that's good.

Starting BMR 2301Kcal
Last BMR 1907Kcal
Current BMR 1856 Kcal
BMR Raised -51
Total BMR Raised -481
metabolism went down, as would be expected

overall stats are pretty good, and things are looking good overall. Doing pretty well right now. So at least I have that.
