Wow, life!

I hope you all are well! As of today, we are out of school indefinitely. They will monitor and update every two weeks. Most of us in education doubt we'll return. We are doing e-learning, but teachers are concerned how much the kids will actually do. Grades are frozen, state testing has been dismissed, and everyone is just hunkering down.
I am still going out walking or running every day. I also do weight training and yoga every other day. I feel strong and I'm not overly concerned about the scale. Of course with age and weight training it's gone up a bit. I'd like to be 5 lbs. lighter, but at this point in my life being healthy is more important than a number. That is the beauty of age, one becoming more comfortable with oneself. I'm loving this point of my life.
My kids are all doing well. Graduation from college, one returned to get a masters, one finishing an electricians apprenticeship, and one almost done with his first year in the automotive repair program. Two bought a house together and one other is moving in with them. I'll soon only have one at home. I have mixed feelings. I'm so proud of my kids, but hope they come over a lot. I'm not used to not having them around.
Wow, life is crazy right now, but life is awesome. I hope life is the same for all of you.
Hugs,
Mako
