Last time I checked in I told you about the book I wrote! It's out now! Whoot Whoot
AND ...I decided since writing is a job where you do a lot of sitting ...and I'm working on book # 2 , I needed to get moving,
So Wednesday marked the 2 week anniversary of me joining the community center GYM and I am working through my 5K running program on my app. ( It's basically like couch 2 5K)
I've been enjoying it so much!
I had a concern that my ankle was going to be a problem, but I have made a point of keeping my form perfect while I run so that I don't injure it and it seems to have helped stregnthen it. YAY!
I have lost 3 pounds since starting Gym.
