Remember How It Feels to FINISH Exercising

My head has felt clogged for a few days so I haven't been exercising much. It's a beautiful sunny day today, and I was motivated to try strength training even though I didn't really feel up to it.

Guess what? I not only managed to do the entire workout, but I felt GREAT afterwards!!!

At the end of one of Chalene Johnson's videos she says to remember how you feel at the end of a workout. She's right! Not only was I proud of myself today, but I felt awesome all afternoon! I need to remember that advise.
