I have been consistent in my eating and my exercise and I have lost 16 lbs since January 1. I was part of an accountability challenge that is now over. I did however maintain perfect points on their activity check off sheet and won 25 dollars back. I was 6th highest in weight loss= only the top 4 won prize money for that. We don't start again until April 3, not sure I am going to join as I have a crazy April - I might just so it will keep me honest.
I feel great - my clothes are fitting better, I am about to see Onderland again and then to keep going from there.
My husband and I decided to give up meat (he is giving up all animal protein but I am keeping eggs and dairy occasionally).for Lent. He may do it more permanently or at least longer. I am enjoying my meals and I am getting creative.
