15+ Minutes of ST per day ... Looking to shape up some Summer Shoulders
5 Servings (or Half a Plate every meal) of Fruits and Veggies
Logging all My Food
Friends, Etc ...
Meet up with Friends at least twice a week.
And look for more opportunities to do so.
Working out of town so much, it sometimes seems hard. But I need to be more creative and feed my social soul. This year already, I have lost 3 friends/family members.
