Spring is in the Sunshine these days ... even though Winter is still lurking in the Shade.
And, My Favorite Challenge Teams are once again getting ready to start ...

Exercise

Eating

Friends, Etc ...
emoticon Meet up with Friends at least twice a week.
emoticon And look for more opportunities to do so.
Working out of town so much, it sometimes seems hard. But I need to be more creative and feed my social soul. This year already, I have lost 3 friends/family members.

emoticon Read More ...
OK, so if I read anything, it would be more.
I'm downloading some audio books to take with me on my commute this week.
