I did a Denise Austin YouTube workout today for 20 minutes and lifted my two pounds toning weights. I did her workouts fifteen years ago when I first lost the weight. She's 61 years old.
During the workout she kept saying wonderful things to motivate. Like especially how matter how old you are you can still exercise. I loved it.
Did some cleaning too. Felt good to be productive and not depressed and crying in my bed like usual.
