Challenge > still trying to drink 8 glasses of water a day & portion control

I was looking at some old posts... and found this chart I'm sure most have found it as well, I find that it helps me even more, . so hopefully it helps someone else.

according to this chart
my BMI is now 29.7
my BMR is 14631
so I should be in-taking about 2012 calories a day
& my ideal body weight is 125 ( Miller formula) LOL I would be skin & bones
I like the world Health organization formula 108-145 , I was 145 for a long time & was pretty happy about it... so that is my long term goal for now... to loose 27.8 lbs

    Thanks, I agree the Charts can get Nuts, I just use them as a guide ...sorta..
    warmer weather will be getting me outside more again. that helps...

    You'll make yourself crazy looking at all those charts. I was weighing myself every day and obsessing. Focus on healthy habits that feel right and work. For me it was increasing water and cutting out a LOT of the carbs. Good Luck. We're in your corner!
