Well today was the second weigh in of our weight loss challenge at work. I came down a whopping 6.2 pounds. I am so excited!
I have been really limiting the carbs in my diet. I am not doing Keto, but more of a South Beach type diet where I can have fruit and grains once in a while. It has been a challenge because I am a bread person. I could eat the basket of bread with some butter or olive oil and nothing else.
Anyhow, for now, what I am doing is working, and other than bread, I can't say I have missed anything.
I even walked through a complete mile without having to stop on Saturday!
Gotta love it when you see improvement. Now to see some results in my clothes!
