I stopped tracking my food and just started eating when I was hungry and what I was hungry for instead of forcing myself to eat certain foods at certain times and my weight has gone back down. This is not the first time this has happened. It seems like whenever I track my food it doesn't really work for me. When I initially lost all that weight I wasn't tracking either. And then I started tracking and that's when I started having trouble with my weight. So I'm not sure if I'm going to go back to tracking. Anyway here's my stats.

Starting Weight: 296.6
Last Weigh In: 279.8
Current Weight: 275.4
Weight Lost This Week: -4.4 lbs
Total Weight Lost: -21.2 lbs
I'm back up to over a 20 lb loss. Right now I'm just not going to try to lose weight and just see what happens.

Starting Body Water: 36.9%
Last Body Water %: 36.8%
Current Body Water %: 35.9%
Body Water Gained: +0.1%
Total Body Water Gained: -0.5%
gained a little water. have been taking my water pills a little more consistently again.

body fat is down a little. must be eating better, too.

Total Muscle Mass Gained: -14 lbs
muscle mass went down, but then I haven't been exercising.

Current Bone Mass 7.4 lb
Bone Mass Gained -0.4 lb
Total Bone Mass Gained -1.2 lb
lost some bone mass. may be from eating less.

Visceral Fat

VF Lost -1
Total VF Lost +1
lost visceral fat, so clearly I'm eating better.

metabolism went down as it usually does with weight loss.

so I'm doing pretty good overall and the trends look better. So I'm going to stick with intuitive eating for now and see how that goes for a while.

    We are not all the same , making this about what works for you overall is such a good thing because it will be a part of your lifestyle . My husband sticks to the basics of the keto maintaining his weight loss . He splurges when he wants with no guilt . I tried keto and gained 10 lbs . I am working my way back to the basics of very low carb , higher protein and salads . But I also need to burn more that I eat daily . Not there yet but heading there . You are losing and wtg ! emoticon emoticon emoticon
