Technology won’t block my progress

I had bought a new computer to support my health reboot. I still can be here on my tiny phone screen but just so much more of a hair pulling experience.
I felt like throwing in the towel trying to log food after my new laptop repeatedly froze up today. But I just kept at it and discovered a few things on my phone and still managed to log.
Ok it is official (I wait for 2 days on the scale before recording). I have lost 5 pound after 9 days of restart. Still isn’t easy to move/exercise but trust me I’m trying.
It got pointed out to me that I should not do the calorie range I do (950-1200) without the support of a professional doctor/dietician. The point is well taken for anyone reading my blogs that I am purposely taking risks as I balance risks of extra weigh vs more drastic cuts in calories. I can’t afford a dietician and frankly when I could they gave me horrible advice (because of my hemochromatosis I should have limited iron and due to family history of cysteine stone formation other foods I need to limit); they basically said it didn’t matter. Logging on Spark I self discovered the HH - then science confirmed, changed eating and no longer get stones, found the range of intake that moved the scale. When I restrict calories I very carefully supplement shortages on the track. My experience with doctors isn’t too far different. I got sent home from the ER without a head CT - I pushed on with FOUR more doctor to get my brain aneursyn surgery. So had I follow “the professionals” I would already be dead - so excuse me, my body, my decisions. Yet all reading, just because I do it my way, read and learn what is best for your body.
