Against my better judgement, I entered a dietbet with my daughter today. I have not lost one single pound in over five years. I have not gained weight which is a win :) I do notice when I am serious about my diet and exercise my clothes fit loser but not to an extent to where I go down a size. I then get frustrated and quit. So let's see how this goes. My daughter is 24 not extremely overweight. She has a belly and could lose about 10 pounds and I hope this help her with her food. She will go a day and not eat. She does not have an eating disorder just tells me not hungry. I was that way when I was younger and think that may have messed with my metabolism. I don't want that for her. I tell her to at least eat three meals. Now that she is doing this with me, she has eaten today. I am trying to increase my movement. I don't know how to keep moving throughout the day. I sit and watch tv. I need to move I know that. My fitbit tells me I am sedentary 60% of my day. But I have a trip to see my dad who I have not seen in 20 years over summer. I want ten pounds off. I will take ten pounds off. He won't mind if I still have ten pounds on but this is for me! A lot of thoughts today........
