Since starting 30/10 and eating healthier (Sparkcoach blog topic)

Crazy that I've started 30/10 in the beginning of January and so much has changed for me. I've been more active on spark people, I've been reading my Bible daily, I have more energy, my mood is more stabilized, I've lost a huge chunk of weight, I sleep better, I'm currently on a 13 day streak of working out at the gym, and I could go on and on about it.

As far as being active on spark people, it started with me using it just to track my food again. Then I started tracking other things like my weight loss and reactivated my spark coach subscription. Then my morning rounds on my teams became a part of my morning. I've come to enjoy it and I'm almost up a second trophy level since coming back.

Bible reading has been even better. Before my morning SP check I get up, make breakfast, and sit down and read while I drink my coffee. If something in particular strikes me I'll even journal or blog about it. It really centers my day and improves my overall focus.

I can't believe the difference one month has made. I wonder what I'll be blogging about in March when I look back on two months of change
