I am new to this app and trying to get from weighing 169 to 150. I am attempting intermittent fasting and am trying a basic workout routine of walk/jogging 3-4 days a week, strength training 3-4 times a week, and doing yoga at least 2x a week.i don't know if this is the correct way to start out. But I'm desperately trying to loose weight because I need to change my low self esteem in a drastic way because I have never felt even kinda pretty, despite the constant amount of people telling me. This is day one, let's see how it goes!
