Feeling Determined 2-2-2020

I have set two goals for the month of February:
-8000+ steps/day and/Or 10+ miles/week
-Track all food
I will do this by focusing on one day at a time...
These are obtainable goals and I will evaluate the results at the end of the month and see if I need to tweak either goal.
I feel better already as I am "determined" ... after catching up with the blog of the person who actually introduced me to Spark People back in 2012 (Runs for Cookies), I read about her thoughts on motivation and determination ... I liked what I read and I agree that I need to stay "determined".
Just a side note on something I discovered today ... I love making pizza and have been looking for the right tortilla to use as my pizza base. Today I used Mission Carb Balance Flour Tortillas (43g) per tortilla as the crust. Prebaked them for 5 mins at 400 degrees before I put any kind of toppings on them. Once topped I baked for an additional 10 minutes ... just the perfect crispiness and taste that I was looking for. Anyway, just wanted to share this as I love to top them with all sorts of stuff.
